You pay only 4.5% real estate commission. (3% goes to the agent that brings the buyer, 1.5% to R Campbell Realty)

Anyone who is going through the following scenarios will qualify for the Hardship Program. This lowers the real estate commission rate to  4.5% vs 6%. 

• Going through a divorce. 
• Death in the family and having to sell the home.
• Placing a loved one in a long-term care facility and required to sell the home in order to cover the cost for the facility. 
• Having to sell your home to pay for medical bills.

If you are selling your home and purchasing another home in the DFW area you will qualify to receive our moving program incentives. When you buy and sell your home with R Campbell Realty, we will sell your current home at 3.5% commission  vs 6%.
